Moon Glow- acrylic on reclaimed board and frame. 19.25 × 23.5. There is something special about a full moon over the Cooper River in the Holy City. The moon almost acts like the sun, giving off enough light to sometimes be able to light the way to the beach, the island bar, back to the car or sometimes just enough to look through the shells piles finally visible after the high tide. The moon feels larger than life and the soft glow reflects off the water mixing salt air, a little bit of glitter & a warm breeze.
**** Moon Glow was one of 5 in the collection that was chosen to show for the Gallery Art Queens in Paris. Whitney flew this painting along with the others to the Louvre in April 2026.
